ANY LAST WORDS? / PRICING

Know what you’re paying for.

One considered plan. Clearly separated costs.

Proposed structure · prices and inclusions under review. This preview does not offer a bookable package or take payment.

Start with a conversation.

A short initial suitability contact is proposed to be free. Detailed work begins only after scope and cost are agreed.

Planning & creation

Quoted before work begins

Work performed now: exploring feasibility, preparing your words and recording the instructions you approve. Separate Final Words can share planning where the work genuinely overlaps.

Ongoing care

Term and fee to be agreed

An agreed period of reviews, contact checks and instruction maintenance. Renewal and included changes must be clear. This is separate from delivery funding.

Future delivery

Separately scoped and funded

Representative time, preparation, coordination and the approved delivery. Upfront funding and payment closer to delivery remain subject to the final commercial arrangements.

One person. More than one Final Word.

A funeral message, a private keepsake and a finite series of anniversary gifts need their own recipients, triggers, budgets and approved alternatives. Shared planning does not mean every delivery is included in one fee.

The details make a difference.

Travel, accommodation, wardrobe, vehicle day hire, specialist performers and other suppliers are separately identified where needed. No hire car or Premium Presentation is included by implication.

A preferred arrival car can be requested, with the day hire fee shown in your quote. We agree what is essential, what can be substituted and your spending authority before committing to suppliers.

Time needs a plan, too.

No figure here promises unconditional lifetime care or delivery decades from now. The agreement must set out the care term, renewal, funding arrangements, price changes, cancellation, refunds and what happens if the business changes hands or closes.

Stopping care does not automatically revoke instructions or erase separately funded delivery rights. Those arrangements must be explained individually.
